All stock orders will ship within 3-5 days. Custom printed orders will take 8-10 days to produce. The transit time depends on where you are located. Orders  will take 1-5 business days to arrive after it ships. 

We do not accept returns for custom printed products.

Short answer is YES. It depends on the product. All options are outlined on the product page, so look for the customize it button.

We accept any photos or images you submit. However, we prefer that your image(s) are high resolution. Low resolutions will be more pixelated when printed on the panels. 

Please note that a 1/2" bleed may be necessary when the background has a full coverage artwork.

We will assume that the artwork you submitted is ok to print. Our customization tool will let you know if the file is acceptable. In rare cases our Support Team will contact you via email to discuss your artwork should there be an issue.

Wall Control's slotted accessories will only work on Wall Control's Metal Pegboard. Our Slotted Tool Board hooks and attachments offer a unique “double offset” design. This prevents the attachments from unintentionally falling out of the panel, yet still allows for easy movement from slot to slot. Click on How-To Videos.

We use FedEx for all deliveries.

Unfortunately at this time, we only ship within the Continental U.S.A, Hawaii and Alaska.
