Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All stock orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.
All custom orders are processed and shipped within 8-10 business days.
We do not offer weekend delivery. All orders are delivered through our carriers during business days. If there is a significant volume of orders to produce, you may experience a slight delay with your custom printed panels.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the item you have purchased.

*Even though we strive to meet an estimated ship date, we cannot guarantee the carrier will make the deliver as anticipated. We recommend frequently checking the tracking number you received in your shipment confirmation.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
We only ship to physical addresses both commercial and residential.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Once the order has shipped you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Customs, duties, and taxes
HangTime® and its subsidiaries are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
HangTime® is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. If there are visible damages on the box, you must immediately take a picture of the packaging. You will need this in order to get an approved return authorization. Under no circumstances should you return a custom product with first getting an approval. Please see support tab.
